Exchange & Return Policy
You can request an exchange or return within 14 days of receiving your order, in accordance with the Law of Ukraine “On Consumer Protection”.
Conditions for return:
- The item must be in new condition: unused, unwashed, without stains or damage.
- Original packaging and complete set must be preserved (markers, tags, bag, etc.).
- Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.
Please note that returns are not accepted if the product shows signs of use or was made to order.
How to make a return
To start the exchange or return process:
- Contact us via the website form or email littleinky.25@gmail.com.
- Provide your order number, full name, and the reason for return.
- We’ll confirm the details and share the return shipping address.
Return shipping costs are covered by the buyer, except in cases where the return is due to a mistake or defect on our part.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, a refund will be processed to your bank card within 3–5 business days.
If you wish to exchange your product — we’ll send the replacement as soon as we receive your returned set.
